area of Long Island, either on foot, by plane, or in my boat. I can show you the most
beautiful places on the island. As we visit the various properties that I have available
for sale, I will introduce you to the friendly locals and explain to you how island life
works. I will also answer any of your questions about owning property here, and show you
how much fun it is to live in this beautiful place.

home, I have considerable contacts with builders and tradesmen to whom I can refer you.
